Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and rescheduling MUST be made 24 hours in advance. All missed appointments might be BILLED to the patient.

Late Policy

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes BEFORE your appointment to complete any additional forms.

 

Any arrivals after the 5-minute might be subject to rescheduling their appointment. We’ll do our best to help you keep your appointment, but no guarantees if you’re more than five minutes late.
